Buonasera Karolina, dire che il cibo è di scarsa qualità lo ritengo offensivo vista la nostra attenzione per la materia prima! Molti Siciliani ci dicono che i nostri cannoli sono ottimi… Probabilmente a lei non sono piaciuti, ma dire che è pessimo… De gustibus non disputandum est Lorenzo

Lugar donde el cliente extranjero molesta, se le trata de forma diferente y peyorativa. El sabor nada del otro mundo; los modales de lo peor que he visto en un local cara al público. Una gran decepción. Hay muchos mejores lugares por estos lares, con precios bien explicados y con mucho mejor Trato y mejor comida.

Buonasera Daniel, noi trattiamo i clienti tutti allo stessa maniera, alle volte però, si velocizza il servizio, sapendo già cosa prenderà, per il cliente che viene tutti i giorni, e che deve andare a lavorare… Ci dispiace che voi vi siate infastiditi in malo modo per così poco! Da notare che siete andati via senza consumare nulla, nonostante aveste già le brioches sul banco, per questo mi sento di dire che una recensione con scritto che il prodotto non è buono, è vendicativa! Such a lovely little café in Venice! ☕🇮🇹 We stopped by for cappuccinos and pastries, and everything was delicious! The coffee was rich and creamy, and the pastries were fresh, flaky, and full of flavour. They also have an amazing selection of cakes, cookies, and Italian sweets that all look so tempting! I visited the store on the morning of September 21st. While all the products were lovely, I was disappointed by the attitude of the female staff member who handled my payment. She didn't respond when I spoke to her, and while I was choosing items, I felt like she was avoiding me. As a customer, I would have preferred to receive more pleasant service.
